Generally I like to get creative and see what alternative projects I can come up with for my monthly Paper Pumpkin kit. But this month I am closing on my house, packing and moving across the country, and trying to buy a new home. All while my hubs is in Alaska. Am I crazy? Yes, I sure am.
But here I am getting my craft on in the middle of the chaos of my current life. Honestly, it has been a little bright spot in my busy day today. That is one of the things that makes Paper Pumpkin so cool. I don’t have to get a bazillion things out and organized to get a fun project done. And since I had several thank you and congratulatory cards to send out it was perfect!
The kit this month came with supplies to make 8 cards, 8 gift tags, and 1 gift box. The colors were moving into a fall theme, with oranges and navy. And of course I love that each month I add to my stamp collection to use for future projects. Oh and I am loving the navy stamp pad this month it’s such a versatile color that you can use for so many different projects.
So if you are a busy momma like me, the Paper Pumpkin kit is perfect for you. I guess one of the things that I miss most about being a young woman without kids is having the time to create. But I have made it a goal to keep creating and expressing myself, even if it’s just a few minutes. It is so good to keep that creative part of your soul alive and well. Thanks to Paper Pumpkin I can do this without having to go completely bat crazy trying. Take some time to get your quick craft on and make something fun with Paper Pumpkin!
