First, let’s talk about organization. If you don’t know, I sometimes work with Wayfair.com on posts. They asked me to create an idea board detailing things that would be great for back to school, so I did some checking around their website and found some really great selections to help with their school work and their play time too. If you’re interested in these items or something similar, click on the pictures for more information. None of them are too expensive either.
If your child hasn’t started school yet, this Back to School Kit from The Dating Divas is a super fun way to count down to the first day and to start the year. I really love it! Get your own kit at the link above.
There are so, so many papers that the kids bring home from school. Seriously, I’d love to see the statistics on how many trees are killed by the papers each student is responsible for during their school years. How about letting your child help you to make a organization box for their papers. Head over to this LINK to get the directions.
On the first day of school, how about making your kids some pancakes in the shape of their names. You can find out how to make them on THIS POST. They are super fun and the kids love them. They feel so special.
This is a fun idea that my daughter has done with her kids so you can see how much they change each year. Be sure to get the shirt big enough so it will fit them until they graduate.
