Did you know that I am a Southerner at heart? Seriously. I may live in Idaho, but I would never call myself a Northerner or a Northwesterner. Both of my parents were raised in West Virginia and we’ve spent a fair amount of time living in southern states. Plus, let’s be honest, it’s warmer in the south than in the north, so it just stands to reason that I’d identify more as a Southerner. Since this is the case, it also stands to reason that I would love me some buttermilk biscuits and these Savory Buttermilk Butter Biscuits are all southern.
