Are you ready for the new year? I can’t believe that 2015 is on it’s way out. This year just really flew by. What are your plans for the new year? Today I have 15 Tips for a Healthy Active Life, so that you can keep moving and be healthy in 2016! I know that although this isn’t one of the things on my Vision Board this year, I will be looking for ways to move more and eat healthier in 2016. I do pretty well most of the time, but in December, I really took a detour. I mean really bad.
Some of my favorite ways to stay active involve spending time with my family. I also try to stay on my feet when I’m doing things like cooking and crafting. I feel like if I stay on my feet, I move more. I’ve heard that there are actual studies that say if you do things on your feet, you burn more calories and are overall healthier. I’m all for that!
