I know it is super early for Christmas stuff, but I’m trying to get a jump on things. I need more calm in my life, not more crazy. Waiting until the last minute just causes more crazy. Do you feel like this too? If so, this post is for you. If my children were right here, they would roll their eyes. They just don’t get it. Today I’m going to show you the Handmade Christmas Tags I made, in case that inspires someone.
A little while ago I received my Stampin’ Up new products catalog in the mail. I was pretty excited, let me tell you. There were so many cute things in the catalog and my brain started working. Yes, it actually does that sometimes. One of the things that jumped out at me was this fun project kit for Christmas gift tags. Just look at the picture. Aren’t they enticing? Each kit makes 30 tags too.
I also got these two cute stamp sets to help with my Christmas season. Yes, it’s early, but I can have fun with them for the next 3 months! So awesome. These sets are called Oh What Fun and Peaceful Pines. I used the Oh What Fun set on these tags and I have great ideas for for sets coming up.
I decided to invite some friends over for some crafting fun one night. It didn’t quite work out like I planned, but we had fun any way. This picture is my crafting process. I want to be able to see everything.
This is my sweet friend Candice. She was working on a banner for her new baby, Aziryah. Her banner turned out super cute too. My youngest daughter was with us, but she didn’t want to have her picture taken, so every one with her in it is blurry. Rotten girl.
These are some of the tags we made. I really love them and know they will brighten up the Christmas packages this year. So tell me, what do you do to get prepared for Christmas? Are you a last minute person or do you like to take your time and plan it out? Let me know in the comments.
Really quickly, let me tell you about The Paper Pumpkin. They are a division of Stampin’ Up where you receive a box each month of awesome supplies to make some sort of paper craft, like cards, gift boxes, gift bags, etc. It’s super fun mail for sure. Until October 10th, they are donating $1 for every active subscriber and another $1 for every new subscriber to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. It’s an amazing cause and dear to my heart, since my friend Kar won her fight with breast cancer. You can subscribe on this link.
Thank you to Stampin’ Up for the supplies to make these fun gift tags.
