1 25 ounce can of garbanzo beans (aka chickpeas)
1 .7 ounce package dry Italian Dressing Mix
1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
Drain and rinse the beans and put them in your blender or food processor. Add the dressing mix and the tomatoes, with juice. Blend until very smooth. Chill for about two hours. Serve with your favorite vegetables or crackers.
