For the sauce I put the chilies, a whole onion and two tomatoes in a pot with some water and I boiled them until the chilies were tender. Be sure to take the tops off of the chilies first and take the seeds out. You don’t have to cover the ingredients with water, but you want enough in the pot so that the items can get tender.
After they are all tender, you pour it all in your blender and blend until it is fairly smooth, but it doesn’t have to be completely smooth. The complete recipe is below. What do you think? It isn’t too difficult and it is completely healthy and uses all fresh ingredients! (I’m pretty sure cream cheese counts as fresh.)
